Project Summary: Care4_YoungCarers.PT aims to
  1. study the prevalence and impact of being a YC in Portugal through a representative survey and a qualitative study on their experience;
  2. develop an online platform to support YC, focusing on
    1. literacy on caring needs and community resources;
    2. self-assessment and selfcare;
    3. skills development;
    4. peer and community exchange, including tools for identifying, supporting, empowering and advocating for YC.
