Principal investigator of several research projects granted by institutions such as the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation or Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia [Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology];
Member of several international research groups. He is the author and co-author of numerous publications, including manuals for psychological interventions and international peer-review articles;
Research interests include personality, the promotion of positive development, social and emotional skills and engagement.
